Parazaki is an online classifieds platform that allows users to post, browse, and respond to advertisements for various categories including real estate, automobiles, jobs, services, and more in North Cyprus.

3. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account

4. User Content and Listings

When posting listings, you agree that:

You have the right to sell or offer the items/services listed
All information provided is accurate and not misleading
Your listing does not violate any laws or regulations
You will not post prohibited items (illegal goods, counterfeit products, weapons, etc.)
Images uploaded are your own or you have permission to use them

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Spam or post duplicate listings
Attempt to circumvent any security features
Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Scrape or collect user data without permission
Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

6. Transactions

Parazaki is a platform that connects buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction between users.

All transactions are conducted at your own risk
We recommend meeting in safe, public places for exchanges
Verify items before completing any payment
We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed

7. Fees and Payments

Basic listing is free
Premium features (promoted listings) may require payment
All payments are processed securely through Stripe
Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Parazaki and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

Parazaki shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
